I want to hand craft instruments because I love music, musical instruments (I play a number, and have a number), and I love wood!  If there is a craft that is more perfectly matched for my personal passion it would have to add in theology and software development.  Since such a thing presently doesn’t exist I’m excited to try my hand at making guitars (and other stringed instruments).

As I have searched for resources online I have found some of them to be lacking in ease of use and some blogs started, but just as quickly stopped (in other words: little to no content).  I hope to make this an active blog with an active community of learners, teachers, and most importantly something that will be helpful for those interested in luthery for decades to come.
